Clayton, NY
After spending the winter in comfortable spa-like 55 degree heated storage at Thousand Islands Yacht Spa in Alexandria Bay, NY, Knot Supersonic was launched on May 9, 2026. Will and a captain from the local area moved the boat to French Bay Marina in Clayton, NY where they were kind enough to let us stay for a month as we prepare for our Summer.
The first picture below was after about ten boats had been moved out of the warehouse. It was packed and the TI Yacht Spa staff actually lowered our anchor to the floor to give them another 18” to park a boat in front of ours. One can see boats behind Knot Supersonic stuffed in there.
The second picture is her immediately after launching and the last picture shows a large cargo vessel chasing us down the St. Lawrence Seaway as we transited the nine miles from launch to Clayton.
