Norwalk, CT

Started our journey this morning by almost forgetting the cat’s food on the shore - Thank goodness for our BFF/ neighbor @Pilots Point Marina, Caroline, who brought it to the boat and gleefully asked, “Did you forget something?” UGH - let’s face it, a starving cat would not have been a good start.

Left Westbrook, CT at 10:00 am in less than ideal weather - fog and rain, which hung on almost all day - but on the bright side we had fair winds, following seas and rode the current … so no complaints as we hauled ass at 9 knots - LOL - living up to our boat’s name … definitely “Knot Supersonic” … Came across the  Long Island Sound jamming to The Beach Boys - our small tribute to Brian Wilson - long live California & Surfing USA 🎶.

Docked at the Norwalk Cove Marina in CT - had cocktails with a friend on the boat and then some tacos at El Segundo on Water St. in Norwalk. After a full day, signing off and looking forward to what tomorrow brings -
